The information you provide to us on our "Cover Letter for Mailing" is only to complete your requests for authentications through state and/or federal agencies. We do not share your information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your authentication requests. All information is kept confidential and secure.
DMS Apostille Service allows our clients to use "Google Checkout" as a form of online payment for our services. Of course, we accept all other forms of payment as well.
Once processing has begun, we do not issue refunds. DMS Apostille Service always, and must, adhere to all state and federal agencies strict rules, policies, guidelines, and processing times. We all must adhere to these policies. That is why it is very important to follow the directions/instructions that are on the Cover Letter for Mailing.
Please follow all directions completely on the "Cover Letter for Mailing" for the correct processing to take place for your documents. All information must be filled in and completed as directed in the instructions. This is for your benefit so that there will be no delay in the processing of your documents.
All U.S. shipping fees and all service fees are included in our "Fee Per Document". International shipping will be an extra fee. Please "Contact Us" with any questions or concerns that you may have. We want all of our clients to feel confident in our services.
The "Testimonials" page on our website has been the idea from several of our clients; therefore, first, DMS Apostille Service must respect the privacy and security of our clients. So, we will only post their first name and/or company name, and their state, and their comments and picture. If our client chooses to be on our testimonials, they must first sign a survey letter, which will then give DMS Apostille Service the permission to post their information on the Testimonials page.
